About the Teachers

Susan Ashley Hunt is a spiritual teacher and Buddhist. Sue, her husband Dan and wolf dog call the high desert Taos, New Mexico home. They spend as much time in nature as life allows.  Sue is called to hear, follow and realize SPIRIT in her work and teaching. Sue teaches spiritually transformative workshops all over the United States. Together Sue and her husband offer group and solo immersion retreats that submerge the student’s body/mind in plant medicine, conscious consumption, mindful living, and spiritual practice with mind altering affects.  

Susan Ashley teaches eastern philosophy, yogic practice, embodying the divine feminine and meditation in teacher trainings, national workshops and international yoga retreats. Sue has her Bachelors of Arts in Hinduism and Buddhism from Trinity College, CT. She continued her graduate studies in an Individualized Masters of Arts program with a concentration in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology. In 2009. Sue completed a 1,500 hour Yoga Development Course, immersed in the teachings of Swami Sivanada Radha at Yashodhara Ashram. Susan has also studied yoga therapy at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai India, with the Lila Yoga 500HR. Sue truly sees her current teacher and spiritual guide for life as Paramatma Siri Sadhana, and continues to study and be inspired by her work. 

Dan is the brain behind LiveLightly Supplements and the growth of the Live Lightly Wellness platform. He is also the chef for Live Lightly Spiritual Immersion retreats taught by Susan Ashley Hunt. Using the skills he developed during a career as a chef, Dan has integrated his knowledge of food with his passion for mind and body optimization. He creates conscious consumption menus that approach consumption as a way to live harmoniously in total health.

Dan co-hosts intimate spiritual immersion retreats in Taos with his wife Sue. Together they submerge student’s body/minds in plant medicine,conscious consumption, mindful living, and spiritual practice with mind altering affects.

Content, Organization and Transformative Delivery immersion is about building your own self-worth and tactical skills to communicate the transformative message of yoga, contemplation and meditation. This is a weekend for 200hr and 500hr teachers, ready to see their own blindspots and expand their teaching, reach and curriculum development skills.
